Membership to the Arts Center

Founded in 1953 by Katherine Hill in her family's home, the Ashtabula Arts Center has grown to be acknowledged as one of the finest arts centers in the state of Ohio. Classes and performances in the areas of dance, drama and music, along with classes and monthly exhibits in the visual arts areas pack a full schedule of offerings throughout each year.

A non-profit agency, the Ashtabula Arts Center is dependent upon donations, memberships and gifts to continue and to grow its programs and operations. Individual and/or family memberships initiates the donor to various benefits depending upon the level of donation. The membership year coincides with the Arts Center's fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th annually). Levels of giving and benefits are as follows:

Single ($25 - $49)	Receive Arts Center News newsletter bimonthly, along with invitations to volunteer opportunities Receive invitations to special events. Obtain reduced class and workshop fees (usually 10%), as well as reduced rates on series events and theater subscriptions.
Member ($50 - $99)	Receive all Single benefits for every member of your immediate family
Supporter ($100 - $249)	Receive all Member benefits, plus two free tickets for any performance
Friend ($250 - $499)	Receive Supporter benefits, plus have your name listed in all performance programs Also receive a voucher for one free class for one household member
Patron ($500 - $1,499)	Receive all Friend benefits, plus vouchers for two free classes for two household members (4 classes total)
Benefactor ($1,500 - $4,999)	Receive all Patron benefits, plus vouchers for four free classes for two household members (8 classes total) Receive two more tickets to any performance (4 tickets total)
Cornerstone ($5,000 or more)	Benefactor benefits, plus: Four free classes for two household members (8 classes) Four more tickets to any performance (total 8 tickets).

Of course, becoming a member of the Ashtabula Arts Center is not the only way you can make donations to us. The Center gladly accepts cash donations of any size at any time. We are also most appreciative of donations of volunteer time. Numerous opportunities for all sorts and types of volunteering abound, from skilled help like carpenters, electricians, graphic artists, and scene painters, to help in the forms of ushering for shows, manning the concession stand, helping process large mailings, assisting with "Kids Days" and other art projects, and so forth.
