Beginning Knitting

Cost: $50 class fee/$45 member rate
Schedule: Eight weeks

Learn the basics of knitting including how to read a pattern and fix mistakes. Our first project will be a scarf. As students progress, Meeghan will coach them through a project of their own choosing. For the first class, bring 1 skein of worsted weight yarn (just ask at the store if you don't know what this is) a nd size 9 straight needles. Choose a smooth yarn as bumpy and eyelash yarns are difficult to learn with.
