Session Length: Eight weeks

Explore the world of mask making using a variety of materials. Create a plaster cast of your own face. Carve a mask in clay and make a papier mache mask from your mold. Learn to manipulate paper into curves to create a 3-D paper mask. Students in this class will learn a little bit about the history of masks.
